Saleh bin Suleiman. My very good friend with whom I have logged many miles on camels. He
took me in on my first trip to the Sinai and had me live with him and his family, in their
home. This special relationship is what makes our treks so meaningful. Social situations
and invitations into people's homes are the direct result of Saleh's and my friendship.
